Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the safety standards of our baby jumpers and playmats.

Important Exceptions

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Baby food and feeding accessories (bottles, nipples, tableware)
  • Breastfeeding products
  • Personal care items
  • Opened or used hygiene-related products

All musical toys and developmental blocks must be returned in their original packaging with all pieces included.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (return address and carrier information)
  • Any special packaging requirements for items like strollers or activity centers

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging (when possible) and include all accessories. For large items like baby jumpers or playmats, we recommend using the original box.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx)

Refund Process

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days, appearing on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return (standard shipping times apply).

International Returns Note
